When you are alive, you have to explain what you are doing with your hours, your days and your years. If you look back at the past 5 years, what is your explanation of living and being alive? Can you explain what you did yesterday with your life? What did you do with your talent, with your ability?
Do you remember, as a child, writing down everything you wanted to be? I somewhat remember, writing down the following:
"I want to be a business woman and make lots of money" - age 7or 8.
Because, as a child, nothing is impossible!
Question is, what happened to those dreams? What has happened to your dreams? At that age, I had vision, I saw what I wanted to be and wanted to do. I saw my end (meaning I saw what I would be as an adult) - this is Vision.
Nothing changes until your mind is changed!
Children are born dreaming.
You had big dreams growing up, until your parents told you it was nonsense, you had big dreams until your friends laughed at you, you had big dreams until the adults in the church told you to keep quiet and sit down because it has never been done before.
So bit by bit, your vision erodes, and you begin to see the reality of the world, their world. After all, people in your family do not own their own business, so just get a job and you will be fine. They killed your dreams!
I have concluded that our eyes are the problem. One of the greatest gifts God gave man is not sight, but the ability to dream or the ability to have a Vision! Your eyes see your present situation, but your dreams shows you what could and can be.
Your sight can inhibit you, be careful.
Start to daydream more, this is where your purpose it.
What you see is temporary, what you envisage is the future - keep going!
Stop living by your eyes, but start living by your vision, because the Just shall live by faith, not by sight!
Be Proud when they call you childish - lol
